At BeMyGirlfriend.app, we strive to provide the best possible experience. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Subscription Cancellations

1.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@bemygirlfriend.app.

1.2 Cancellation Timing

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period

1.3 Auto-Renewal Cancellation

To stop auto-renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We send reminder notifications before each renewal.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Technical issues that prevent access to paid services, verified by our technical team
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Service non-delivery due to technical failures on our end
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of initial purchase if no premium features have been used

2.2 NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after service has been accessed or used
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (as outputs are subjective)
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Partial usage of subscription period
  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase

3. Refund Request Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@bemygirlfriend.app
  2. Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Clearly state the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation

3.2 Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase
  • We will review and respond to your request within 3-5 working days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Credit/Debit card refunds may take 5-7 additional business days to reflect, depending on your bank
  • UPI/Net banking refunds typically process within 3-5 business days

5. Token/Credit Purchases

Purchases of tokens or in-app credits are generally non-refundable once credited to your account. Unused tokens do not expire and can be used at any time.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing issues amicably.
